How Much Does Therapy Cost?
Self Pay: $170 initial session, $140 for follow-ups
Jessica: Accepts Aetna and self pay.
Shane: Accepts select insurance plans, including United Healthcare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Medicare, select EAP programs, and self pay.

How Do Virtual Sessions Work?
We offer secure online therapy through HIPAA-compliant Google Meet. Your therapist will send a private session link via email before each appointment.
How long does therapy take?
The length of therapy varies for each individual. While we follow a structured approach, everyone’s journey is unique. Some clients find short-term therapy helpful, while others benefit from ongoing support. Together, we’ll determine a pace that aligns with your personal goals.
Do you prescribe medication?
No, we do not prescribe medication. If you’re considering medication, we recommend consulting your primary care physician (PCP) first. They can assess your needs and, if necessary, refer you to a psychiatrist.
Will my health insurance cover therapy?
We are in-network with United Healthcare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Medicare, and select EAP programs. To understand your coverage for behavioral health services, please contact your insurance provider directly. For out-of-network plans, we offer superbills that you can submit for potential reimbursement—be sure to ask your provider about their out-of-network reimbursement policies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA, cash, and checks.
Is Therapy Confidential?
Yes, your privacy is protected. All sessions are confidential except in cases where disclosure is required by law, such as concerns about harm to yourself or others, or suspected child or elder abuse.

How do I access the client portal?
Our client portal is hosted through Simple Practice. Once you’re set up, you’ll receive an email with login details, where you can complete intake forms, update payment information, and track upcoming appointments.
